Maison Louis Jadot is one of Burgundy's most popular wine producers, boasting a prestigious history that dates back to 1859. Based in Beaune, the estate owns approximately 220 hectares of vineyards across various appellations, including Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites in the Côte d'Or. Its wines are widely acclaimed for their elegance and perfect balance between tradition and technological innovation. The Chardonnay grapes for this wine are sourced from lesser-known sub-regions of Burgundy. After vinification, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks for a year before bottling. The result is a refined, clean white wine that faithfully reflects the regional style, combining the richness of wines from the Côte d’Or and Côte Chalonnaise with the fruity vibrancy of the Mâconnais.
